Life gets crazy...

and it turns out the stress we deal with doesn't just mess with

our heads—it affects our whole bodies!

Research consistently shows that if left unchecked,

prolonged stress can lead to numerous different types

of inflammation in our cells and tissues.

Inflammation presents itself differently in each of us, but it may show up as: muscle tension, TMJ, rosacea, IBS, chronic fatigue, post-viral syndromes (like Long Covid), Crohn’s Disease, or heart disease, just to name a few.

But here's the thing...

stress might be out of our control sometimes, but

what we eat and drink can make a big difference in how we feel.

While our food choices certainly won't fix the

root causes or make our stress disappear, they just may make our body feel better (or even worse)

during a flair-up.

One of the first steps on my journey back from Long Covid in 2022 was adding more anti-inflammatory foods into my diet, and putting the kibosh on some choices that made my body feel on fire.
